Shipping
Little Green Hampster partners with Australia’s 100% carbon neutral delivery service, Sendle, to offer our customers the following shipping options:
- Flat fee of $10.00 for orders below $100.00.
- Free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders above $100.00.
Shipping Time frames
- Orders placed by 12:00pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day.
- Metropolitan cities within Australia will be shipped within 2 – 3 days. Regional areas may take up to 3 – 5 days depending on the location. Please also note that shipping to certain locations can take up to 7 days as a result of extenuating circumstances.
- In the event an urgent request for a Melbourne metropolitan area delivery is required for the same day as the day of order, please email Little Green Hampster at info@littlegreenhampster.com.au to discuss special delivery options.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping is available via Australia Post Express Post.
- A Flat Fee of $18.00 guarantees next day delivery if the address is within the Australia Post Express Post Network. A tracking number will be provided via email.
Other
- In the event that the order was placed with incorrect address, failure to contact courier after delivery attempt will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.
- Refunds will not be given for any late deliveries. Little Green Hampster will not be held liable for late delivery outside of Sendle or Australia Post’s estimated delivery times.
