In the event any products in a hamper arrive damaged, you must email us at info@littlegreenhampster.com.au to advise and request for replacement or refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been prepared and are with our courier partner for delivery. Little Green Hampster does not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Little Green Hampster has stringent processes in place to make sure each package is quality checked prior to dispatch, and we make best endeavours to ensure customers receive our hampers in perfect condition. However, it’s not within Little Green Hampster’s control if any of the products are damaged in the delivery process.

Should any damage occur, you may contact Little Green Hampster and request for the damaged items to be resent or refunded when the item is out of stock. Little Green Hampster will request photos of these products so we can understand the extent of damage in order to prevent future issues of similar consequence. The return and resend postage will be paid for by Little Green Hampster.
