These terms apply to your use of littlegreenhampster.com.au and any purchase from Little Green Hampster (ABN 97 857 095 443), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Hamper contents may occasionally be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if a product becomes unavailable.
  • Product images are for illustration; packaging and presentation may vary slightly.

Orders and payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its approved payment providers. We do not store your card details.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If this happens, we will refund any payment in full.

Delivery

  • We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery options, fees and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.
  • Please make sure the delivery address is correct. Hampers cannot be redirected while in transit, and re-delivery fees apply for orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Purchase of alcohol

Little Green Hampster supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. If you order a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over 18, and the person receiving the delivery must also be over 18.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Little Green Hampster or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
